Please note, if you would like to commission us to create your wedding cake, our minimum order starts at $2,000 for a five-tier cake. We believe wedding cakes are the most important element of any wedding reception, historically referred to as the “climax” of the festivities. We create truly original designs, reflective of your personal style, which fit flawlessly into your special day. Once completed, your wedding cake commands center stage, the pièce de résistance of your celebration.
Perfectly balanced flavor combinations are sure to leave a lasting impression with you and your guests. Our service area for wedding cakes includes Bald Head Island, Figure 8 Island, Wrightsville Beach and Downtown Wilmington, North Carolina.
WEDDING CAKE BOOKING INFORMATION
To commission us for a wedding cake, you must meet our minimum order which is a five-tier wedding cake (or separately decorated cakes) pricing at $2,000. This is an all-inclusive price for our sugar artistry and our turnkey package (see sample contract under Helpful Details). Please visit our Helpful Details page to view our consultation and tasting information, sample “reserve the date” form, cake flavors menu and general pricing information. If you would like to inquire about booking a wedding cake, please e-mail bryan@flowerandflour.com and be sure to include the following information: your wedding date, reception location, reception start time, estimated head count and your mobile phone number. Without this information, we will not be able to reply with a confirmation about your wedding date. This will allow other clients the ability to book the same date. Bookings should be confirmed at least one year in advance of your wedding.
